Becoming Your Personal Best: Life Lessons from Olympians and Paralympians features some of the greatest role models in overcoming adversity. In addition to the comprehensive curriculum, you can learn directly from the athletes about how to develop and strengthen resiliency and meet life’s challenges.
We invite you to visit to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum and experience our “Resiliency Warm-ups” and “Resiliency Huddles.” Facilitated by BYPB staff, “Resiliency Warm-ups” offer youth a chance to ignite their creativity with resiliency-themed crafts and mini lessons.
“Resiliency Huddles” are drive-by discussions between athletes and parents/adults/caretakers and youth focused on one of six BYPB Resiliency Skills, including Self-Identity, Mindset, Problem Solving, Perseverance, Relationships and Confidence.
